Why is the Shire engaging on this project?
The Shire is required to engage in accordance with Local Planning Policy 1.4 – Public Consultation for Planning Matters (LPP 1.4).
LPP 1.4 identifies that for any development that is likely to impact on the amenity of adjoining properties or any sensitive receptors requires a notice of the development proposal to be posted on the Shire’s website.
