The Shire invites your comments on draft Local Planning Policy 4.20 – Licensed Premises (Liquor).

The draft policy seeks to assist applicants and Shire Officers through defining design and assessment principles as they relate to licensed premises.

It includes considerations pertaining to placement, orientation, street interface and lighting, which will help shape development outcomes that are attractive, vibrant, safe and welcoming uses in town centres.
