Scheme Amendment to Local Planning Scheme No.3 – Scheme Amendment No. 9 – Short-term Rental Accommodation

Background:

The purpose of this advertisement is to consider the scheme amendment proposal regarding Short-term Rental Accommodation following the State Government’s recent planning reforms.

The amendment is required to ensure alignment with the new ‘deemed’ and ‘model’ land use classes and general definitions introduced into the State Planning framework in relation to Short-term rental accommodation.

The proposed scheme amendment was adopted as a standard amendment for advertisement.
