Pure Steel Lane Land Acquisition
In accordance with section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA), the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale hereby gives statewide public notice that it proposes to enter into a major land transaction.
The proposed transaction involves the acquisition of land located at:
- 24 (Lot 12) Pure Steel Lane, Mundijong
- 46 (Lot 11) Pure Steel Lane, Mundijong
The purpose of the proposed acquisition is to secure land to support future operational requirements, including depot operations, animal management (pound) and waste transfer functions.
A copy of the Business Plan, which contains an overall assessment of the proposed transaction, is available for inspection:
- at the Shire’s Administration Building, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong WA 6123, during normal business hours; and

Written submissions regarding the proposed major land transaction are invited and must be received by the Shire before:
