Amendment to approved Child Minding Centre - Lot 29, 38 Paterson Street, Mundijong

Background

At its Ordinary Council Meeting of 17 October 2022, Council approved a development application for a Child Minding Centre. A further development application has now been received to amend this proposal as follows:

• Maximum number of children increased from 45 to 50;
• Increase in outdoor play area by 34m²; and
• Increasing floor area of activity rooms as depicted on the attached plans.
