Background

The Shire has received a development application for which comments are sought for a proposed Transport Depot for the parking of up to 40 commercial vehicles including the following:

• 9550m² hardstand area;
• Hours of operation - 7am to 6pm, 7 days a week
• Access via the existing crossover onto Thomas Road
• 15 daily truck movements
• 10 daily passenger vehicle movements
