A Structure Plan is a plan for the coordination of future subdivision and zoning of an area of land.
Who approves the Structure Plan?
The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Council will make a recommendation on the Structure Plan to the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). The WAPC is the approval authority for Structure Plans.
