The Shire is seeking your feedback on Draft Local Planning Policy (LPP) 1.4 – Advertising Development Applications. The new draft LPP seeks to improve and modernise the current policy for advertising local development applications.
This draft policy is being advertised in consideration of amending the current Local Planning Policy 1.4. As such, this is an interim decision to commence the process and, following public advertising, will be reported back to Council to consider the draft LPP for final adoption.
