Background
The proposed Child Care Premises would be single storey and accommodate up to 96 children within the following age groups:
20 places for aged 0-2 years
36 places for aged 2-3 years
40 places for children aged 4-5 years
The Child Care Premises is proposed to operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and would employ 16 staff.
Access to the site would be via a full movement crossover to Maive Street and an egress only crossover to Cap Road, which is the term used to describe an access road running parallel to main roads (in this case Orton Rd). 20 car parking bays are proposed.
