Development Application – Proposed Additions to Eton Farm Primary School (Toilet Block, Transportable Building Class and Additional Leach Drains)

Background

The Shire has received a development application for which comments are sought for proposed additions to the existing Educational Establishment. The application seeks approval to establish the following:

• A new classroom building located east of the existing structures.

• A new ablution block facility.

• New pathway areas connecting the existing structure to the new structure.

• Increased parking bays with an additional “Kiss and Drive” facility.
