The Shire has received a development application for a proposed 23 Multiple Dwellings and Commercial Development with Associated Parking and Landscaping at Lot 94 (No. 830) and Lot 93 (No. 834) South Western Highway, Byford.
The application seeks approval for 2 two storey buildings comprising of 23 multiple dwellings to be managed by the Department of Housing for social housing purposes. The building fronting Clara Street would include 15 two-bedroom apartments and the other building, fronting South Western Highway, would contain 8 four bedroom apartments.
A two storey office building is also proposed comprising of 167m2, facilitating two tenancies.
