Development Application - Proposed Reception Centre – Lot 1, 1548 Kargotich Road, Mardella

The Shire has received a development application for a Reception Centre at the following site:

The site is developed with an existing ‘Reception Centre’ and the subject development application seeks approval for an additional venue building. The proposed building would accommodate in itself 200 guests for events / functions, generally on Friday to Sunday between the hours of 3:00pm and 12:00am. Access to the site would be via the existing crossover on Kargotich Road, proposed to be widened as part of the application.
