Proposed Mundijong Precinct C1 Local Structure Plan

The Shire would like to invite your comment on a proposed Local Structure Plan (LSP) for Mundijong Precinct C1. A Local Structure Plan generally sets out how land is proposed to be developed; identifying roads, residential land, commercial land and parks.

Mundijong Precinct C1 includes multiple properties as follows:

• Lot 492 Galvin Road, Mundijong

• Lot 1 Evelyn Street, Mundijong

• Lot 442 Watkins Road, Mundijong

The Local Structure Plan proposes the following:

• 1,000 estimated residential dwellings

• 11.237 ha of Public Open Space

• 1 Primary School

Making a submission

Submissions on the proposed Mundijong Precinct C1 Local Structure Plan may be lodged by one of the following ways:

• Email your feedback to info@sjshire.wa.gov.au stating the following reference number: PA25/85

• A written submission, submitted by mail or in person to 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, including the reference number: PA25/85
