Background

The Shire has received a Development Application for a proposed change of use to the facility at Lot 50, 10 Olsen Gardens, Byford.

The change of use would see the facility changed from "Private Recreation" to "Child Care Premises".

The Child Care Premises would:

  • Accommodate up to 71 children with 12 members of staff
  • Operate between the hours of 6.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Parking would be shared with the existing uses within the Neighbourhood Centre. This will replace the operating children's play centre, if ultimately approved.
