    What is the land use of the proposal?

    The proposal has been approved as ‘General Industry ’ and ‘Warehouse ’ under the Shire’s Town Planning Scheme No.2. which were discretionary land uses in the ‘Urban Development’ zone meaning that Council may permit the use at its discretion.

    The Shire is required to engage the community in accordance with Local Planning Policy 1.4 – Public Consultation for Planning Matters (LPP1.4).
