Have your say on the future of Mundijong Town Centre
We're preparing the Mundijong Area F1 Precinct Structure Plan to guide how this part of Mundijong will grow and develop in the future.
The plan will help shape the layout of housing, roads, public open space, community facilities, and local services to support a thriving and sustainable community.
Before a draft plan is prepared, we’re seeking early input from residents, landowners, and local stakeholders to understand your ideas and priorities for the future of Mundijong.
Community workshops
You’re invited to attend one of our upcoming community workshops to learn more about the project and share your feedback.
📅 Workshop 1: Wednesday 5 November 6pm–8pm
📅 Workshop 2: Saturday 8 November 9am–11am
📍 Location: Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Civic Centre, 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong
Both sessions will include an overview of the planning process, and provide opportunities for open discussion and feedback on residential density, character and built form, streetscapes and civic and public spaces.
About the project
The Mundijong Area F1 Precinct Structure Plan will provide a framework for future development in the Mundijong Town Centre area.
It will address:
- Land use planning and zoning
- Transport and road connections
- Community facilities and open spaces
- Environmental considerations
- Infrastructure and servicing
- Urban design and character
This is the first stage of community engagement, with further opportunities to have your say as the draft plan is developed.
Why your feedback matters
Your local knowledge and ideas will help shape how Mundijong evolves.
We want to ensure new development supports community needs, protects local character, and provides the right mix of homes, amenities, and green spaces.
Feedback from these workshops will help inform the preparation of the draft Precinct Structure Plan, which will later be advertised for public comment.

- The draft plan will be publicly advertised in 2026 for community comment.
