Mundijong Precinct F6 Local Structure Plan

Background:

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale would like to invite your comment on a proposed Local Structure Plan (LSP) for Mundijong Precinct F6. A Local Structure Plan generally sets out how land is proposed to be developed; identifying roads, residential land, commercial land and parks.

Mundijong Precinct F6 includes multiple properties as follows.

• Lots 120 and 121 Richardson Street, Mundijong
• Lot 122 – Lot 124 Adonis Street, Mundijong; and
• Lot 125 Cockram Street, Mundijong

The Local Structure Plan proposes the following:

• 150 estimated residential dwellings
• 1.37ha of Public Open Space
