Mundijong Area F1 Precinct Structure Plan - Public Consultation

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is inviting community feedback on the draft Mundijong Area F1 Precinct Structure Plan. This Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) will guide how the Mundijong town centre (Area F1) develops into the future, detailing where new housing, roads, shops, parks and community facilities might go. We want to hear your views on the plan.

By sharing your feedback now, you can help shape the final plan for how this part of Mundijong will grow over time in a well-coordinated way. Have your say and help us ensure the Mundijong Town Centre retains its rural character while accommodating future growth.

This consultation is a formal step required to adopt the structure plan, so all feedback will be considered in the decision-making process.

Submissions on the draft Mundijong Area F1 Precinct Structure Plan may be lodged by one of the following ways:
