We are seeking your comments on the draft Local Planning Policy 4.21 – Development in the Rural zone, which seeks to clarify what is acceptable non-rural development within the Rural zone.

At its meeting on 15 March 2021, Council resolved to endorse revisions to draft Local Planning Policy 4.21 – Development in the Rural zone and re-advertise the document for a period of three months.

The purpose of this advertising is to enable broader community consideration in light of draft Local Planning Scheme No.3 as a seriously entertained planning proposal.
