Development Application – Proposed Transport Depot – Lot 3, 458 Gossage Road, Oldbury

Background: 

The Shire has received a Development Application for a Transport Depot development at Lot 3, 458 Gossage Road, Oldbury. The proposal includes the following details: 

• The parking of up to 25 commercial vehicles on the site. 
• The vehicles tonnage would vary between 3 to 10 tonnes. 
• Vehicles leaving the site from 6am and returning by 6:30pm.
• Construction of a 1-hectare hardstand area for the parking of vehicles.
• An associated vehicle crossover and drainage infrastructure is proposed.
