Development Application – Proposed Telecommunications Tower – Lot 1, 543 King Road, Oldbury

Background 

The Shire has received a development application for a proposed telecommunications tower at the above site shown following:

The application seeks approval for:

• A 30m high monopole; setback approximately 20m from King Road
• One triangular headframe on the monopole;
• Six antennas attached to the headframe on top of the monopole;
• An 100m² equipment shelter and ancillary equipment; and 
• A 2.4m high chain mesh security compound spanning 10m² in area.

Submissions on the proposed development may be lodged by one of the following ways:

• A written submission, submitted by mail or in person to 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong, including the reference number: PA24/533
