The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has received a development application for a proposed Place of Worship on Nettleton Road in Byford.

The application seeks approval for:

  • Auditorium and associated amenities including kitchen, playrooms, office space and outdoor play area;
  • Organised meetings every day, excluding Wednesday;
  • Maximum occupancy of 400 members;
  • Vehicle access from Dougall Street (Lot 1) and the western existing crossover on Nettleton Road (Lot 8).
