Background
The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has engaged Tredwell Management, a specialist sport, recreation, and open space planning firm to develop a Master Plan for Clem Kentish Reserve, in collaboration with key stakeholders and the local community.
The development of the Clem Kentish Reserve Master Plan will be used to improve/optimise site usage and inform and guide any future site enhancements, capital improvements and funding opportunities over the next 10-15 years. This will ensure that the Reserve meets the current and future needs of the local community, clubs, user groups and visitors to the site.
We have recently asked for your feedback on the Master Plan. The public comment period has now closed, and we will report back on key outcomes via this webpage when ready.

The purpose of the project engagement is to consider the needs of all internal and external stakeholders, establish the opportunities and constraints and identify a future direction, layout, and design for Clem Kentish Reserve.
In establishing the Clem Kentish Reserve Master Plan, the Shire seeks to achieve a clear plan to inform all future capital improvements, facility renewal decisions and opportunities for funding.
