Local Planning Scheme No. 3 - Amendment No. 5 Corner South Western Highway and Nettleton Road, Byford

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is proceeding to advertise the above-mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of rezoning land at the corner of South Western Highway and Nettleton Road in Byford as Light Industry.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at the Shire’s administration building at 6 Paterson Street, Mundijong and is available for inspection during office hours between 8:30am to 5:00pm.
