Background:

The Shire would like to invite your comment on a proposal to amend the approved Local Structure Plan (LSP) for the Doley Road Precinct. A Local Structure Plan generally sets out how land is proposed to be developed; identifying roads, residential land, commercial land and parks.

The LSP Amendment proposes the following modifications;

  • Modification of the land uses within and adjacent to Lot 34 Doley Road, Byford from ‘Mixed Use R80’, ‘Residential R25-40’ and ‘Residential R40-60’ land uses to a ‘Neighbourhood Centre’ land use.
  • Modifications to the road network and distribution of residential lots and densities within Lot 34 Doley Road, Byford.
